Working together matters

Here at SERVPRO of Blackfoot & Pocatello, we've been going through some pretty big changes.  Most people know we've moved to a much larger facility on the south end of Pocatello, but our staff has had some major growth too.

When you call the office, be ready to talk to Teresa, our Job File Coordinator and all around guru of restoration.  Teresa came to us with YEARS of knowledge and stepped into her role perfectly.  She knows how to make sure your insurance company gets everything they need to make your claim go faster!

If Teresa doesn't answer, it's probably Jade, our new Office Manager.  Jade really knows how to get things done, and she has no problem with pushing the teams to do better than ever!  She has come in and made some amazing changes to the structure of the company, and it's been phenomenal to see it happen.

Mitigation has had some big growth this year too!  We've got a total of 6 new crew members this year, and we're not stopping there!  We want to make sure that there is always someone who can get to you at any hour of the day or night. 

Our rebuild team has also seen some amazing growth, and it's all credited toward their rebuild manager Austin.  He makes sure that our customers are not only satisfied, but impressed at the hard work that's put into their homes and businesses.

Lasty, we've added a new department, Contents.  When a fire or flood wreck's havoc on your home or office, we don't forget your belongings.  Getting them clean and restored is one of our top priorities.  We now have a streamlined process for cataloging, cleaning, and storing your belongings in a secured location so you don't have to worry about them.
