When we had an apartment go up in flames, we reached out to a couple restoration companies. We quickly decided to contract with SERVPRO of Blackfoot/Pocatello, since they were the only company to get us a quick quote and return our calls.

We deal with a lot of companies and it's very frustrating sometimes when companies don't get back to you.
SERVPRO was not like that at all. The office staff always answered calls and replied to emails within the same day. They worked with our insurance company and everything went smoothly. This company is very on top of how to run a good business.

Great company to work with. Took the burden off me and took control of the situation. Great staff and was impressed the owner was on site the day of the loss working with the guys. 

SERVPRO of Blackfoot/Pocatello came in and fixed everything for us. Troy was so helping and helped us understand every step of the process. 

After we had water damage to our building SERVPRO came in.  They were able to dry out and re-build.  We even were to able to save some flooring and wall trim from when the building was first constructed. 

When the toilet back up we called SERVPRO and do not regret it.  They did a wonderful job.
